River Engineering Co., Ltd. recognizes the importance of product quality, environment, occupational health and safety, and the working environment for all stakeholders, such as customers, employees, business partners, contractors, and visitors. Therefore, the Company has established an Occupational Health, Safety, and Working Environment Policy with the following details:

Quality and Environmental Policy

“Create quality work, deliver on time, continuously improve, care for the environment, and build customer satisfaction.”

  1. Define appropriate objectives and goals for operation, and monitor and review the operations to ensure the Quality Management System and Environmental Management System are continuously implemented and developed.
  2. Commit to operating in compliance with legal requirements and other relevant obligations; promote quality maintenance, environmental protection, and natural resource conservation.
  3. Manufacture and install products that meet requirements, ensure on-time delivery, and provide good service to build customer satisfaction.
  4. Communicate the policy and environmental activities, and aim to raise the awareness of personnel to develop knowledge about the environment and recognize the environmental impacts and resource usage.
Occupational Health, Safety, and Working Environment Policy

The Company considers safety at work to be the duty and responsibility of every employee. Supervisors at all levels must be good role models, leaders, and support and encourage employees to be aware of working safely, including overseeing the operations of employees, business partners, contractors, and visitors/personnel working within the company to achieve maximum safety in every step of the operation.

  1. The Company is committed to providing a safe working environment that is non-hazardous to health in order to prevent injuries and ill health.
  2. The Company is committed to supporting and promoting continuous improvement of the working environment and work methods to be safe and non-hazardous to the health and well-being of all employees.
  3. The Company is committed to complying with all relevant occupational health and safety requirements and laws for serious implementation and maximum efficiency according to official regulations and safety standards.
  4. The Company is committed to preventing hazards and reducing occupational health and safety risks by supporting and promoting safety activities in the workplace to achieve the highest practical results for all parties.
  5. The Company is committed to consulting with and ensuring the participation of workers or their representatives regarding safety, occupational health, and the working environment.
